摘要
磁流变液减振器是新型的智能化减振装置 ,在汽车、机械以及土木工程减振领域具有广泛的应用前景 ,磁路设计是决定此类减振器性能的关键技术之一。研究了三阶段活塞式磁流变液减振器的两励磁线圈在不同情况下的励磁特性。研究表明 ,放置在空气中的两线圈产生的磁场强度在各阶段具有矢量叠加性 ,两线圈电流方向的异同对其在各阶段产生的磁场强度的总和没有影响。
Magnetorheological fluid damper is a new kind of smart damper,and possesses widely application prospect in the field of anti-vibration of automobile,machinery and civil engineering structures. Magnetic circuit design is one of the key problems which influence the performance of magnetorheological fluid damper. In this paper,the character of magnetization of the two inductance coil is studied. The research shows that,the magnetic field which excited by two inductance coil that in the air, conformity with character of vectorial combination,and same or different of the current flow will not influence the total amount of all the stages magnetic field.
