摘要
在 5 40℃和 5 65℃温度下进行 3 0Cr1Mo1V钢的蠕变试验 ,根据试验结果提出基于蠕变损伤理论和蠕变时间硬化理论的Rabotnov损伤修正模型再修正计算公式 ,该模型较好地解释了应力大小与损伤演变的关系。采用该公式对蠕变实验数据进行计算分析 ,分析结果显示 ,按照新的计算模型 ,与应力相关的参数对应力具有较好的线性相关性 ,从而克服了Rabotnov损伤修正模型再修正计算公式中参数不易求解的缺点 ,并且拟合得到的计算模型能够较好的与试验数据吻合。
The creep experiments were carried out at 540℃ and 565℃ in steel 30Cr1Mo1V. Based on creep damage theory and creep hardening theory, a re modified model about modified Rabotnov's creep damage formula is presented, which can well explain the relationship between damage and applied stress. Data analyses are made with this new model. The results show that according to the new model the parameters relating to applied stress have good linear relativities with applied stress, which thereby avoids the calculating limitation in modified Rabotnov's creep damage formula, and the fitted calculating formulae have a good consistency with the experimental results. The parameters formulae of this material at the two temperatures are presented.
