摘要
应用模糊方法评估部件振动可靠性时 ,需构建部件振动的模糊共振区域及相应的隶属函数和模糊强度失效区域及相应的隶属函数。针对航空发动机关键部件振动可靠性评估中影响部件模糊共振失效区域及其隶属函数、模糊强度失效区域及其隶属函数确定的众多复杂的、非确定的、时变的因素 ,将二级模糊综合评判方法应用于航空发动机关键部件模糊共振失效区域及其隶属函数、模糊强度失效区域及其隶属函数的确定 ,采用层次分析法 (AHP法 )确定评价指标权重 ,建立确定模糊共振失效区域及其隶属函数、模糊强度失效区域及其隶属函数的数学模型和流程。结果表明 ,该方法能够解决航空发动机关键部件模糊共振失效区域及其隶属函数、模糊强度失效区域及其隶属函数确定中一些复杂因素的处理问题。
The fuzzy resonance vibration failure zone and fuzzy intensity failure zone and their membership functions of vibrating structure components are built when the fuzzy method is applied into the vibration reliability assessment of structure components of aero engine. Based on the analysis of many complicated uncertain time domain factors which must be accounted in the fuzzy resonance vibration failure zone and fuzzy intensity failure zone and their membership functions confirming of the key structure components of aero engine, the two level fuzzy comprehensive decision process is applied into the fuzzy resonance vibration failure zone and fuzzy intensity failure zone and their membership functions confirming of the key structure components. The evaluate target proportion is evaluated by delphi method or analytic hirrardy process (AHP) method or expertise method and the mathematical modal and evaluate process is built. It is shown by the result that the method can solve some problems about complex factors in the fuzzy resonance vibration failure zone and fuzzy intensity failure zone and their membership functions confirming of the key structure components of aero engine.
