摘要 目的 探讨原发性颅底凹陷症的MRI测量方法及其应用与诊断价值。方法 选择经MRI确诊并行手术治疗的原发性颅底凹陷症 2 8例 ,将传统的 9种X线测量方法运用于MRI图像并对测量结果进行评价。结果在应用于MRI图像测量方法中 ,以钱氏线 (或麦氏线 )及Boogard角方法阳性率高且简便易行。结论 MRI不仅可用于提高原发性颅底凹陷症的诊断率 。 Objective To investigate the application and diagnosis value of MRI measurement methods in PBI.Methods 28 cases of PBI were diagnosed by MRI and proved by operation. 9 traditional X-ray measurement methods were put into use in MRI image and the results were evaluated.Results There were high positive rate and easy usefulness in using MRI images measurement methods, such as Chamberlain's line (or Mc Gregor line) and Boogard Angle.Conclusion MRI has not only improved the diagnostic rate in PBI, but also been better than X-ray plan in diagnosing complications. [
