摘要
镁合金作为工业产品中最轻的金属结构材料 ,又具有比较好的回收性能 ,在汽车减重、性能改善和环保中的作用日益得到工业界重视。目前 ,镁合金以压铸件的形式在汽车零部件中得到了应用。本文结合镁合金汽车变速箱壳体的设计 ,采用有限元分析方法对汽车用变速箱壳体的强度进行了分析 ,并针对变速箱壳体强度薄弱部位 ,提出变速箱壳体结构的改进建议。
Magnesium alloy is the lightest metal structural material with good reusability, so it is attached more and more importance by industry in the aspects of decreasing weight, improving performance and protecting environment. Nowadays, Magnesium alloy is applied in automobile parts through die-casting. In this paper, the strength of magnesium alloy gear box is analyzed by FEM method for its design. Furthermore, proposals for improving the structure strength is given according to the analysis results of the danger sections.
