摘要
Stewart平台作为变轴数控机床的运动部件 ,其刚度是影响机床综合刚度的主要因素之一 ,因而也会最终影响机床的加工精度。本文以BKX -I型变轴机床的伸缩轴为研究对象 ,用实验的方法 ,从变形的角度分析了伸缩轴的刚度变化规律。通过对实验数据的线性回归分析 ,建立了伸缩轴的刚度计算模型 ,并利用该模型扼要地分析了整机的综合刚度在不同高度工作空间中的分布规律。
Stewart platform is the kinetic assembly of variable-axis NC machine tools. The platform' s stiffness is one of the main factors which affect the global stiffness; it will influence the operating accuracy of the machine tools. Based on BKX-I variable-axis NC machine tool, the stiffness law is analyzed throughmeasuring from the pointof thedeformation of the extensible struts. The stiffness computation model is derived by linear regression analysis of the experimentdata. Moreover, theglobal stiffnessdistributing statusof the machine toolis briefly analyzed using the previous model.
