二阶循环平稳分析在转子早期碰摩故障识别中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 转子碰摩是典型的非线性动力学行为 ,其振动过程可以看作是周期过程与随机过程的合成 ,表现出循环平稳性 ,这使得传统方法 (比如功率谱 )很难提取出碰摩的早期特征。文中提出了一种新的基于循环平稳分析的早期特征提取方法 ,针对三种不同程度的碰摩故障进行了模拟实验并对其振动信号进行了二阶循环平稳分析 ,结果表明不同程度的碰摩产生不同的二阶循环频率成分 ,能有效地识别转子的早期碰摩故障。 Rub-impact is a typical non-linear dynamic behavior and its vibration signal can be treated as a combination of periodic and random process and shows cyclostationarity, which makes it difficult to extract early features of rub-impact by traditional methods (such as PSD) . This paper introduces a new method of early features extraction based on cyclostationary analysis. Then experiments are done on the three different-level rub-impacts respectively and second-order cyclostationary analysis is applied to these vibration data. The results demonstrate that different faults are related to different second-order cyclic frequencies, which makes it possible to identify effectively early faults of rub-impact in rotors.
