酸洗和碱洗在镀铜焊丝镀前处理中的比较分析

COMPARISON OF ACID WASHING AND ALKALI WASHING IN SURFACE PREPARATION OF WIRE FOR COPPER-PLATING

主要就二氧化碳镀铜焊丝镀前清洗中碱洗和酸洗工艺的除油效果进行比较分析 ,试验结果表明 ,采用合适的酸洗工艺在镀铜焊丝的镀前清洗中也能达到良好的除油效果。

The application of acid-washing in welding wire surface preparation for copper plating was studied in this paper. The test results demonstrated that the suitable acid washing process could produce a better effect in the welding wire oil cleaning before copper plating.
