The effect of extraction process on miscella qualities including oil and fines content was discussed.The miscella quality should be controlled from extraction material, diffuseness, material height,extraction rate and temperature, the ratio of solvent and material,and spraying way. Besides, the remediation about miscella quality problem was mentioned.
