樟树籽油提取的研究

Oil extraction from camphor tree seed

樟树籽核仁含有40%左右的油脂。研究了超临界CO2萃取樟树籽油的工艺,确定萃取最佳工艺参数为萃取温度40℃、萃取压力20MPa、CO2流量35kg/h、萃取时间100～120min。

There is about 40% oil in the nucleolus of camphor tree seed. The technology of the oil extraction from camphor tree seed with supercritical CO_2 were studied. The influences of pressure, temperature ,flowing rate of CO_2 and extraction time on the yield of camphor tree seed oil were investigated. The results show the optimum conditions are 40℃, 20 MPa, and 100～120 minutes and the flow of CO_2 35 kg/h.
