摘要
对两种型号的热敏电阻样品进行测量,测试它们的R-T特性,设计了一种简便有效的。0℃时电阻值的测试方法,与小型高低温箱中0℃时测得的电阻值作对比,测量结果具有相当好的符合性。根据0℃和25℃的实验数据计算了热敏电阻材料性质的表征量,测量结果表明:两种型号的热敏电阻值的B值范围大多在10%以内。
This paper introduces an simple and effective method to test the thermistor' s 0℃ resistor and compares its results with the traditional test. It shows that they have consistent results. According to experimental data of the resistors at 0℃ and 25℃,we can abstract the parameter (B) of the thermistor characteristic. The experimental results have shown that the B of the two samples are floated less than 10 %.
