摘要
目的 观察大鼠黑质内一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)阳性神经元向杏仁中央核 (CeA)的投射 ,为进一步阐明一氧化氮 (NO)在黑质与CeA的纤维联系中的作用提供有价值的形态学依据。方法 用还原型尼克酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸脱氢酶 (NADPH d)法结合辣根过氧化物酶 (HRP)逆行追踪技术 ,观察大鼠黑质内NOS阳性神经元向CeA的投射。结果 同侧黑质内有NOS/HRP双标记阳性神经元 ,主要分布在黑质致密部。
Objective To observe the projection of nitric oxide synthase(NOS) positive neurons in substantia nigra to the central nucleus of the amygdala(CeA) in rats so as to provide valuable morphological bases for clarifying the role of nitric oxide(NO) in the fibres between substantia nigra and CeA. Methods\ The way of nicotinamide adenosine dinucleotide phosphate diaphorase(NADPH d) associated with horseradish peroxide enzyme(HRP) retrograde tracing was used to study the projection of NOS positive neurons in substantia nigra projecting to CeA in rats. Results\ HRP/NOS double labeling neurons were found in ipsilateral substantia nigra, mainly in zona compacta. Conclusion The projection of NOS positive neurons to CeA can be found in substantia nigra.
