微波天线阵列诱导高温原位灭活治疗恶性肿瘤或侵袭性骨肿瘤10例体会

Analysis of treating 10 patients of malignant or aggressive bone tumors with microwave antenna array induced hyperthermia

目的 探讨微波天线高温原位灭活治疗恶性或侵袭性骨肿瘤保肢体技术在临床应用。方法 应用微波天线诱导高温原位灭活肢体恶性或侵袭性骨肿瘤 10例 ,探讨其临床应用效果。结果 随访 3年 ,恶性骨肿瘤 8例 ,2例行截肢术。肢体骨巨细胞瘤 2例 ,1例皮肤坏死。 10例均存活。结论 插入式微波天线阵列诱导高温原位灭活治疗恶性或侵袭性骨肿瘤是一种创新的、安全的保肢术 ,值得临床应用。

Objective To study the technique of limb preservation surgery in treating maligngnt or aggressive bone tumors with microwave antenna induced hyperthermia. Methods\ Microwave antenna induced hyperthermia was used to treat 10 patients with malignant or aggressive bone tumors . Results\ After following up 3 years after the operation,2 patients had to accept amputation again and 2 cases with limb osteoclastoma ,another one case had local skin necrosis.All the 10 cases were still living. Conclusion\ The technique of microwave antenna induced hyperthermia in treating malignant or aggressive bone tumors is a kind of innovative and safe surgery for the preservation of limbs in practice.
