摘要
设计了较为实用的面向地区电网的辅助决策系统。在设计过程中利用了信息技术和信息论:运用信息技术设计了数据中心、数据仓库、符合CIM标准的集成化方案,以及基于数据挖掘技术的负荷相似日分析功能;运用电力信息论,设计了故障诊断和拓扑检错功能。对于所设计的系统,利用实际电网数据进行了部分功能的测试,验证了设计方案的合理性,并为后续工程建设积累了一定经验。这种辅助决策系统即将在浙江省杭州市地区电网得到应用。
The information theory and techniques are used to design a practical auxiliary decision-making system for the sub-transmission power network. The data center, data warehouse, and schemes for system integration in conformity with the common information model (CIM) are designed using information techniques, and the function of analyzing days of similar load is designed based on the data mining techniques. The fault diagnosing function and the detection and identification of topology errors function are based on the minimum information loss theory in the auxiliary decision-making system. Some functions of the decision-making system have been tested using several sub-transmission power network data. The design is rational and valuable experience has been gained. The new auxiliary decision-making system will be applied in Hangzhou Electric Power Bureau of Zhejiang Province in China.
