摘要
通过 Cras4.0试验模态分析的方法 ,研究不同位置及不同深度的裂纹对光轴固有频率的影响 ,并获得前 4阶固有频率及振型 ,绘制了频率、位置、裂纹深度分布图 ,得出与理论模态分析相一致的结论 。
Through the method of experimental modal analysis ,this paper studies the influence on the normal frequency of smoothshaft by cracks on different locations and different depths, and obtains previous four orders modal frequencies and vibration models, draws distributing pictures on frequencies,locations,depths of cracks, obtains the same conclusion as that from the theory modal analysis ,offers referenced evidence to examination on cracks of rotor.
