This paper introduces the structure of c/s and multi tier database, especially introduces the particular structure of multi tier distributed database. On this base it analyzes and educes the superiority of a multi tiered distributed application. It also discusses how to build a multi tiered distributed application based on MIDAS with Delphi and shows the applying steps by an example. It gives the results of the application and partial application interfaces of the example.
