摘要
以 OV762 0为例 ,介绍了 CMOS图像传感器的一般特征、内部结构及其使用特点 ,分析了OV762 0的视频输出格式和工作方式 ,并在此基础上结合 TI的 C5 40 2芯片和复杂可编程逻辑器件EPM71 2 8设计了一视频图像采集系统 ,对系统的软硬件设计过程作了说明 ,对其可行性作了简要的分析 。
In illustration of CMOS Image sensor, OV7620 is described in this paper, including its features, structure and usages. After the analysis of OV7620's output format and working styles, a video capture system is designed on the basis of TI's DSP IC and CPLD EPM7128. In succession the software and hardware designing is illuminated, and its feasibility is simply analysed. Practical application shows this scheme is reasonable.
