猪粪经家蝇幼虫生态处理后肥料养分和微量元素含量变化的研究

Quantitative Change of Nutrients and Trace Elements in a Pig Manure Ecologically Treated by Housefly Larvae

采用室内培养试验方法,观察研究了猪粪经家蝇幼虫(蝇蛆)处理后肥料养分和微量元素含量的变化。结果表明,Y株和Z株2株蝇蛆处理后猪粪中的有机质、氮、磷、钾等肥料养分和铜、铁、锌、锰4种微量元素的含量无显著性差异。处理组猪粪中的全磷、速效磷、全钾、铜、铁和锰的含量分别比对照组增加64.2%、25%、44.2%、18.9%、37.9%、39.9%;有机质和全氮含量则比对照组分别下降19.8%和34.8%。说明猪粪经蝇蛆生态处理后其全磷、速效磷、全钾、铁和锰含量明显增加,而有机质和全氮含量则明显减少。

A pig manure was ecologically treate d by housefly larvae of two strains(Y strain and Z strain)for one week to observe quantitative change of nutrients an d trace elements.The contents of org anic matter,nitrogen,phosphorous,potassium and trace -elements copper,zinc,iron and manganese were determined for both the tr eated and control.We found that the c ontents of above -mentioned substance in two pig manur es treated by the two kinds of housefl y larvae were not significantly difference.The contents of total phosphorous,readily availab le phosphorous,total potassium,copper,iron and manganese in the treated pig manures increased by 64.2%,25%,44.2%,18.9%,37.9%an d 39.9%,respectively;but that of organic matter and total nitrogen decreased,respectively,by 19.8%and 34.8%,co mpared with the control.
