设施栽培土壤氧化亚氮排放及其影响因子的研究 被引量:21

N_2O fluxes from Greenhouse Soil and its Influence Factors

摘要 采用塑料温室及露地栽培试验方法,研究了土壤氧化亚氮排放规律及其影响因子。结果表明,设施栽培土壤氧化亚氮释放通量比露地蔬菜栽培土壤高1.41倍;施有机肥(酵素菌肥)的土壤中氧化亚氮的释放通量高于施化肥的处理,且分别比对照高2.08和0.74倍;不同形态的氮肥对氧化亚氮释放影响各异,其中长效尿素对氧化亚氮释放的促进作用最微弱;38℃下氧化亚氮的释放量高于15℃时氧化亚氮的释放量;pH为7.3时,土壤释放氧化亚氮的能力最强;不同碳源实验证实,葡萄糖对氧化亚氮释放的促进作用最强。 Several tests were done to study inf luence factors affecting N 2 O flux from soil.It has been found that N 2 O flux from the greenhouse was much higher(about 1.41times)than that from the open field accordi ng to our present study.The N 2 O flux from the soil disposed with organic manure(ferment microbial manure)was higher than that with urea,by about 2.08and 0.74times,re-spectively,higher than CK.In addit ion,the controlled -releasing urea did not significantly stimulate the flux of N 2 O.The flux of N 2 O was higher at 38℃than that at 15℃.The flux of N 2 O was up to the maximum at pH 7.3of the s tudied soil.Glucose could obviously increase the flux of N 2 O among the carbon sources detected.
