Effects of Different Treatments on Counts of Living Bacteria and Enzyme Activities in Biological -Organic -Inorganic Compound Fertilizers

摘要 采用室内培养分析测试方法,研究了不同处理对生物有机无机复合肥的有效活菌总数和酶活性变化的影响。结果表明,(1)添加低量(3%纯氮)尿素对肥料有效活菌总数未产生显著不良影响,达到1.54×109个·g-1,是不加尿素处理的72.30%。180d时有效活菌总数只下降了25.35%,不影响肥料质量。添加高量(6%和9%纯氮)尿素,有效活菌总数明显偏低,仅为5.25×105个·g-1和4.83×105个·g-1。(2)生物有机无机复合肥中蔗糖酶活性较高,脲酶活性处于中等水平,磷酸酶活性较低。添加低量尿素对蔗糖酶、磷酸酶活性有轻微抑制作用,但可提高脲酶活性。 A lab test was conducted to reveal the living bacteria counts and enzyme activities in a biological -organic -i norganic compound fertilizer.The results sh owed that:(1)there was little remarkable negativ e influence on the living bacteria counts in the tested fertilizer receiving a low dose(3%pure nitrogen)of urea.The living bacteria counts i n this fertilizer were found to be 1.54×10 9 ,just 72.30%of the counts for the con trol.The total number of living bacteria declined by 25.35%in 180days,e xhibiting little impact on the fertilizer quality.There was an adversely remarkab le influence on the living bacteria c ounts in the fertilizer re-ceiving a high dose(6%and 9%pure nitrogen)of urea.The living bacteria counts f or the two cases only were 5.25×10 5 and4.83×10 5 respectively.(2)Invertase activity in the fertilize rs was relatively high,while urease activity was in next,an d phosphatase activity was low.It has been also fou nd that invertase and phosphatase ac tivities were inhibited slightly by adding a low dose of urea,while urease activity was promoted e ven at the low dose of urea.
