卡介苗的改造策略 被引量:7

摘要 卡介苗预防成人结核病的效果并不理想 ,其失效原因主要与缺乏结核杆菌重要抗原、不能有效刺激 CD8+ T细胞、环境分枝杆菌等多种因素的影响有关。改造应从重组卡介苗、促进 T细胞亚群的应答及卡介苗的营养缺陷株、突变株等多方面考虑来提高卡介苗的保护效力 ,更好地防止结核病的发生。
