摘要
目前与故意传播艾滋病行为相关的刑事犯罪正在悄然上升 ,对于故意传播艾滋病行为究竟应以什么罪名定性争议很大。从医学的角度看 ,传播艾滋病行为的途径不同 ,故意传播艾滋病行为的法律定性也必然不同。
Nowadays criminal crimes related to the action of intentionally spre ading AIDS are booming up. How to judge the action of deliberately spreading AID S has long been a controversial issue.From a medical angle,the legal qualit y of spreading AIDS actions varies with the different ways of spreading.
