摘要
用有限差分方法,考虑热效应,选取合适的压力和温度边界条件,采用简化能量方程,对径向滑动轴承的润滑进行了计算,得到了油膜压力和温度分布,并对温度特性进行了重点分析.采用这种计算方法得出的结果与实验十分吻合,但节省了计算机时.
Lubrication of journal bearing is calculated through using finite difference method, considering thermal effect, selecting proper critical pressure and temperature conditions and adopting simplified energy equation. Oil film pressure and temperature distribution are achieved. The temperature characteristics are specially analyzed. The results from this calculation method agree with the experiment, but computation time is reduced.
