利用一维性能预估和CFD计算,确定了一组低比转速叶轮的最佳出口宽度以及与之匹配的叶轮进口后的轮毂形状,并通过4种形状叶轮的试验比较进行验证,这为低比转速叶轮的优化设计提供了参考.
Via performance prediction and CFD calculation, the best outlet width and the matching hub shape of the impeller at low specific speed is determined. 4 different shapes of the impeller are compared to verify the result. This provides valuable guide to optimize the performance of the impeller at low specific speed.
