上皮型钙粘附蛋白在胆囊癌中的表达及其与侵袭转移的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :探讨上皮型钙粘附蛋白 ( E- cad)在胆囊癌中的表达及其与侵袭转移的关系。方法 :应用免疫组织化学 ( SP法 )检测 5 5例胆囊癌 E- cad表达情况。结果 :在胆囊癌中 ,E- cad异常表达率显著高于正常胆囊组织。在乳头状腺癌、管状腺癌、粘液腺癌和腺麟癌中 ,E- cad异常表达与组织类型无关。在高、中分化和低分化胆囊癌中 ,E- cad异常表达与组织分化和临床分期显著相关。随着胆囊癌向周围组织的浸润 E- cad异常表达明显升高。在有淋巴结转移组 ,E- cad异常表达显著高于淋巴结未转移组。结论 :E- cad异常表达与胆囊癌侵袭转移关系密切 ,E- cad检测将有助于评估胆囊癌侵袭转移潜能 。 Objective: To explore the expression of E cad in Carcinoma of Gallbladder and its relation with the Invasion and matastasis. Methods: The expression of E cad in 55 cases with carcinoma of gallbladder was detected by immunohistochemical (SP) method. Results: The abnormal expression rates of E cad in carcinoma of gallbladder were significantly higher than those in normal gallbladder tissues. The abnormal expression of E cad and was not correlated with histological type. Statistically speaking,the abnormal expression of E cad was associated with differentiation and clinical stages. The rates of E cad with lymphatic metastasis was higher than those without lymphatic metastasis ,the difference was significant ( P <0.01). Conclusion: The abnormal expression of E cad was relased with invasion and metastasis of carcinoma of gallbladder. The detection of E cad may be useful for evaluating the invasive and metastatic potential of carcinoma of gallbladder and had a good prospect in the clinical application.
