喉癌组织CD44蛋白表达与放疗敏感性的关系探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :探讨喉癌组织 CD44蛋白表达与放疗敏感性的关系。方法 :采用免疫组化 SP法测定 62例喉癌组织标本中 CD44蛋白表达情况。结果 :62例喉癌放疗患者中 ,术后生存 3年、5年和 8年患者喉癌组织中 CD44蛋白阳性检出率及表达强度有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,即随着生存年限的提高 ,CD44蛋白表达明显减少。结论 :喉癌组织中 CD44蛋白表达与放疗的敏感性有关 。 Objective: To evaluate the relationship between CD44 protein expression and radiation sensitivity. Methods: Using monoclonal antibody for CD44 protein, 62 cases of laryngeal carcinoma were stained by SP immunohistochemistry. Results: There was a significant difference for CD44 positive rate and CD44 expression in the 3, 5 and 10 years survival rate ( P <0.05) respectively. The more CD44 expression, the less survival time. Conclusion: There is a relationship between radiative sensitivity and the CD44 protein expression, which may be a reliable criterion in predicting radiation prognosis of laryngeal carcinoma.
