摘要
目的 :探讨细胞因子 IL - 6、IL - 1 0在冠状动脉搭桥术患者血中的变化规律。方法 :应用 ELASA方法对 1 5例冠状动脉搭桥术患者静脉血中细胞因子 IL - 6、IL - 1 0进行测定。结果 :患者冠脉搭桥术前、术中及术后血中细胞因子 IL - 6和 IL - 1 0的水平存在统计学意义 ( P<0 .0 0 1 )。结论 :冠状动脉搭桥手术过程中存在炎症反应 ,细胞因子的释放在此过程中起作用。
Objective: To study the change regulation of cytokines IL 6 and IL 10 during the surgery. Methods: 15 patients were selected and their level of serum cytokines IL 6 and IL 10 is measured. Results: The levels of cytokines IL 6 and IL 10 were significantly different in different period. Conclusion: The releasing of cytokines in inflammatory teachion plays a role in the development of CABG.
