Construct a Secure Client Relationship Management System with XML

XML是一种跨平台的数据描述语言,自从问世以来,由于其数据与表现是分离的特性,XML在电子商务的应用上具有广泛的前景。在介绍了XML技术的基础上,着重讨论了近年来电子商务中的热点之一———CRM(客户关系管理系统)中是如何利用XML技术,并采用XML的相关安全标准之一XACL对CRM模型实施的访问控制策略。

XML is a data description language,which is multi-platform.Because of its property that data and display in XML are separate,XML has universal applications in electronic commerce since it was released formally.On the base of the basic XML knowledge,this paper discusses how to make use of XML technique in CRM (Client Relationship Management) system,one of the hotspots of electronic commerce in recent years,and implements access control on the CRM model whit XACL,one of XML related security standards.
