This paper is based on the tendency that information system develops towards multi-tier distributed calculation,analyses the characteristic of multi-tier model,discusses the theory of developing multi-tier applications using PB and EAServer,and elaborates the technology of developing multi-tier applications using PB and EAServer by an example.
