This paper primarily introduced a new mode of non-real-time collaborative learning system, and the analysis and design of this kind of collaborative learning system.As reinforce for the traditional concentrated transfer mode,this system adds a new distributed transfer pattern.And some key techniques adopted in this system are also presented,such as the application of RTP,the multicast mechanism on IP technique,and so on.
