A Study on Enterprises' Strategy of Learning in Strategic Networks

提出运用博弈理论,建立网络学习两阶段博弈模型,通过均衡分析,发现网络学习的规律。在此基础上,制订出不同学习能力企业的网络学习策略,减少差异学习,保持网络的稳定性和提高网络学习的有效性。

The process of the networks' learning among paterners in the strategic networks is a multi-phases game, The authors build a two-phases game model by using the game-theory. By the analysis of the equilibrium in the game, propose the effective strategies of networks' learning for different enterprises to reduce the differential learning among paterners, keep the stability of the strategic networks and enhance the validity of the networks' learning.
