健康教育在脑出血病人术后康复中的应用

The role of health education in the postoperative rehabilitation of cerebral hemorrhage patients

目的 探索积极的健康教育在脑出血病人术后康复中的作用。方法 5 8例脑出血术后病人随机分为两组 ,健康教育护理组及常规护理组。前组予以健康教育 ,帮助患者掌握康复训练的知识及技巧 ,实现自我康复 ;另一组施行常规护理。分析两组患者术后的住院日以及术后康复情况。结果 健康教育组患者住院日数少于常规护理组 (P<0 .0 5 )。康复计划完成率高。结论 对脑出血术后患者施行积极的健康教育提高患者参与康复的积极性 ,增强患者康复的信心 ,有助于患者术后功能的恢复 ,缩短了住院天数。

Objective To explore the role of health education in the postoperative rehabilitation of cerebral hemorrhage patients.Methods 58 postoperstive patients with cerebral hemorrhage patients were divided into two groups randomly,the group of health education nursing and the group of routine nursing,one group were performed health education nursing in order to help patients to grasp the skill and knowledge rehabilitation training,another group were carried out routine nursing.Admission day and postoperative rehabilitation condition were also alalysed.Results The number of hospitalization day of health education nursing group were shorter than another group significantly.rehabilitation program were performed perfectly.Conclusions Health education nrsing may promote confidence and rehabilitation ability of cerebral hemorrhage patients,Meanwhile patients were benefited from functional recovery.And the number of admission day wre shorted.
