可持续发展能力评价的综合分析方法——以上海市为例

Analysis by Synthesis Method of Sustainable Development Ability--Take the Example of Shanghai

在1991～2000年上海市统计数据基础上,首先利用回归分析,确定出可持续发展系统的投入—产出关系,继而利用DEA方法计算出各年度的投入—产出效率及其影子价格(各权重),在此基础上,测算出1991～2000年上海市的可持续发展能力。

According to the statistics data from 1991 to 2000 of Shanghai, firstly, the authors use regression analysis to ascertain the relation of input and output, and then use DEA to calculate the input-and-out efficiency of each year and its shadow price (weight). On the basis of it, the authors calculate the sustainable ability of Shanghai from 1991 to 2000.
