摘要
职业生涯发展是企业人力资源管理的关键:许多公司均采用多种方法来解决员工的职业生涯发展问题。为了更好地理解这些方法是如何与组织相关因素结合以及如何运用于不同的环境,本文从组织角度出发,确定了5组实践活动组合和一些相关因素,这些组合与一定的组织特性的关联性,并且提出了这些分析对企业管理的借鉴意义,以期给学术界及实践者提供一个总体框架。
A key to HRM of enterprises is the career development. Companies approach career development in a variety of ways. To better understand how these approaches fit together, how they are combined to related factors and used to address different organizational contexts, this paper puts forward the theoretical framework of organizational career management from enterprises point of view for the reference of enterprise management
