摘要
为满足货车个性化、多色彩、金属漆等不断提高的质量要求 ,开发了“中涂→金属基色漆→罩光漆→一次烘干”的“三喷一烘”(3C1B)涂装工艺 ,研究了工艺条件及材料对涂膜质量的影响 ,分析了施工中容易发生的问题 ,并提出了解决办法。结果表明 ,该工艺可在实际生产中较大地提高生产效率 ,降低能耗 ,减少环境污染 ,节省设备及厂房投入 ,降低生产成本 ,有较好的应用前景。
To meet the quality requirements as individuation, multi color, metal coating for truck, three coatings and one baking technology including mid coating, metal coating, fining varnish and baking, was developed. The process conditions and effects of materials on coating quality were studied, and the problems in construction were analyzed to provide solution. Results show that the technology can improve the producing efficiency, reduce the energy loss and environmental pollution, and save the investment of equipment and workshop, so that decrease produce cost and has extensive application prospect.
