信息技术和Web技术的应用改变了传统意义上的客户关系管理的涵义,客户关系管理倍受企业关注。本文探讨了网络环境下,数据挖掘、知识管理以及知识发现技术在企业CRM中的应用。
Today, enterprise has been increasingly focused on Customer Relationship Management (CRM). With the development of information technology and web technology, traditional CRM has been changed and brings us some new ideas. This paper explores the application of data mining, knowledge management and knowledge discovery into CRM in the time of network.
