摘要 将 Leontovich阻抗边界条件 ( IBC)与矢量有限元法 ( EB- FEM)相结合对内壁涂覆多层介质开口腔体的电磁散射特性进行分析。将 IBC和腔体口面边界积分方程分别转化为第三类边界条件形式 ,从而导出边值问题的相应泛函。表面输入阻抗通过广义反射系数得到 ,计入了介质内部电磁波的多次反射 ,提高了 IBC/ FEM混合法的精度。数值结果表明这种 IBC/ Leontovich impedance boundary condition (IBC) is combine d with edge based finite element method (EB-FEM) to analyze the electromagnetic (EM) scattering of a cavity coated with a layered medium. The IBC and the bound ar y integral equation are transformed into the third boundary condition, then the functional of the boundary value problem is obtained. The surface impedance of t he layered medium is calculated by the generalized reflection coefficient, so th e multi-reflection of the electromagnetic wave in the medium is involved and th e IBC is improved. Finally numerical results are presented and results show that the IBC/FEM approach is accurate and convenient for the analysis of EM scatter ing of open -ended cavities coated with a layered medium.
