In the paper, the variant factprs of trace elements in soil profile are analysed. In Huangshan aera, on the example of element Cu, used the method of PCA, the primary fac tars, which cause the variation of element Cu in soil profile, are soil-form ing mother material, organic matters of soil and the amount of≤0.001mm soil granule.
