Recent Progress in Development of Fiber Optical Parametric Amplifier

摘要 分析了提高光纤参量放大增益、扩展带宽、降低偏振灵敏度的几种重要方法,全面综述了光纤参量在分立式集中放大、透明的波长转换、归零脉码生成、O-TDM开关、全光抽样、可擦除全光缓存、3R再生等方面的典型应用。 Development of fiber optical parametric amplifiers (OPAs) is very fast in recent years. Several important techniques efficient in improving the peak gain, expanding the gain bandwidth, reducing the polarization sensitivity of fiber OPAs are analyzed, and some typical applications such as lumped amplifying, transparent wavelength conversion, RZ pulse generation, O-TDM switch, all optical sampling, all-optical erasable storage buffer, 3R regeneration are fully summarized as well.
