天然沸石的改性研究

Study of Modification on Natural Zeolite

本文对天然沸石的改性进行了研究.实验结果表明:用4kmol/m^3盐酸处理后的沸石比铵盐处理的沸石的吸附能力强.沸石改性的最佳条件是:酸处理时间为5.5～6小时;水浴温度为60℃左右;活化温度为40℃;活化时间为3.5～4小时;矿样粒径为2～5mm.

The modif ication. of natural Zeolite has been studied. The resul t shows tha t the zeolite pre-trea ted with 4 kmol/m3 hydrochloric acid is better than one pre-trea ted with ammonium cbeoride on adsorption capacity. The best modification condition is as follow: acid treatmerit for 5.5～6 hr, temperature at about 60℃, activation temperation at 400℃, activation for 3.5～4hr, mineral sample diameter is 2～5mm
