几种肝胆疾病血清中谷氨酸脱氢酶和AST活性变化的研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的 :测定不同肝胆疾病患者血清中谷氨酶脱氢酶 (GLDH )和AST的活性变化 ,比较两者对不同肝胆疾病的诊断价值。方法 :收集 43例健康者和 69例不同肝胆疾病患者的血清标本 ,按临床诊断分为 5组 ,同时测定GLDH和AST的活性 ,用SPSS统计软件进行统计分析。结果 :不同肝胆疾病患者血清中AST和GLDH活性都明显升高 ,与健康对照组相比差异均有非常显著性 (P <0 0 1) ;同一疾病组中AST和GLDH活性变化程度也不一致 ,GLDH的平均升高倍数均高于AST ;对二指标进行相关性分析显示 :肝癌、胆结石患者血清中两酶的变化有非常明显相关性 (P <0 0 1) ,而肝硬化及其他肝胆疾病患者血清中两酶的变化无相关性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :在肝细胞严重损害累及线粒体的疾病中 ,GLDH的升高幅度往往比AST高 ,特异性较AST好 。 Objective To study the changes of serum GLDH and AST in patients with different liver and gall diseases and compare their diagnostic meanings for these diseases. Methods Sera of 43 healthy controls and 69 patients with different liver and gall diseases, which divided into five groups by the clinical diagnosis, were collected and GLDH and AST were tested. The results were analyzed by the SPSS statistical software. Results The results of GLDH and AST in sera of different liver and gall diseases were higher than those of the healthy control and had significant difference (P<0.01). In the same disease, the changes of GLDH and AST were different and GLDH was much more higher than AST, GLDH and AST had no relativity (P>0.05) in hepatocirrhosis and other liver and gall diseases while having remarkable relativity (P<0.01) in liver cancer and gall-stone disease. Conclusion When the liver cells are seriously injured, the rise of GLDH is much more higher than that of AST. Therefore, serum GLDH can be used as a sensitive and special marker in severe liver disease diagnosis.
