摘要
本文用动态法研究了D380大孔弱碱性阴离子交换树脂对钼的吸附和洗脱性能.实验结果表明,溶液组成为[Mo]=3.0、[(NH_4)_2SO_4]=100g/dm^3时,树脂对钼的动态吸附容量为244.3mg/ml·wet resin.用5%NH_4Cl+10%NH_3·H_2O的混合液洗脱钼,洗脱率接近100%.经吸附——洗脱操作后,钼浓度富集40倍以上.
The properties of molybdenum adsorption and elution of D380 macro -porous weak base anion exchange resin have been studied with dynamic state method. The experiment results show that dynamic adsorption capacity of D380 resin for Mo (Ⅵ) is 244.3 mg/ml·wet resin while [Mo]=3.0, [NH4 )2SO4] =100g/dm3. The column adsopted Mo (Ⅵ ) can be eluated by 5%NH4Cl + 10%NH3· H2O mixture solutioas, and the recovery percentage of Mo (Ⅵ) is near 100%, By means of adsorption—elution, the average concentration of Mo (Ⅵ ) is eariched
more than 40 times.
