Landolt Reaction Timing Method Used in the Detmination of Vc in Vc Drugs

本文探讨了在酸H_2O_2—KI溶液中,加入抗坏血酸产生Landolt反应,指示剂显色计时法测定抗坏血酸含量.实验结果表明,在pH=1.69H_2SO_4介质中,抗坏血酸的含量与达到终点的时间在较宽的浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,用于Vc药片的分析,结果满意.

The article presents an inquiry into the Landolt reaction which is produced when the ascorbic acid is added into H2O2-KI acid liquid, an inquiry into the color reaction timing mathod in the de term inat ion of Vc. The result of the experiment shows that in pH=1.69 H2SO4 medium, the content of ascorbic acid and the final time make a good linear relation in a broader conce n tra t ion range .A satisfactory esult ris got after it is used in analyzing Vc drugs.
