The Dispersion and Reflection Properties of Light in One-dimensional Periodical Media

摘要 从光的电磁理论出发导出了光在一维周期介质中的特性矩阵的表达式 .运用特性矩阵方法对光在周期介质中的色散关系、光子带隙、反射率光谱等特性进行了数值模拟和理论分析 。 Based on electromagnetic theories, the expression o f characteristic matrix of one-dimensional(1D) periodical media is given. By using such characteristic matrix, the numerical simulation and analyses for the prope rties of light including its dispersion, the photonic band gap(PBG) and the refl ectivity spectrum in 1D periodical media have been made. Furthermore, the anomal ous index of refraction corresponding to PBG has been discussed.
