摘要 针对电缆生产中出现的电缆偏心检测问题,依据电涡流无损检测原理,利用AT89C52单片机和PC机,研制了电缆偏心在线检测系统.该系统可识别电缆线芯在绝缘层中周向24个方向上的位置信息,以此拟合出偏心量和偏心方向,在PC机显示器上以图文方式显示检测结果.静态实验表明,对于线径大于1 mm的电缆,偏心量检测误差度达到0.05mm,满足了在线检测实时、准确的要求. To solve the problem of eccentricity detection in production of cable, we designed the on-line system to detect the cable's eccentricity with AT89C52 and PC based on the no-loss detection system of the electric eddy current. The system can identify information about position of the cable's cartridge in 24 directions along periphery in insulating layer. According to these data, the eccentricity and offset direction were fit. The detected solution was displayed by means of picture and text in the screen of PC machine. Static test shows the accuracy of the eccentricity detection arrived at 0.05 millimeter against the cable whose wire diameter is lager than 1 millimeter, which meet the updated and accurate demand of on -line detecting.
