摘要
为了研究聚酰亚胺薄膜耐局部放电机理,采用红外光谱分析、原子力显微镜分析、介电谱测量方法,测试了局部放电作用前后普通聚酰亚胺薄膜和无机纳米杂化耐电晕型聚酰亚胺薄膜的分子结构、表面形貌和ε-ω、tanδ-ω特性,得出电晕使普通聚酰亚胺薄膜分子结构及表面形貌发生了改变而耐电晕型薄膜没有明显变化,电晕前后两种薄膜的ε-ω、tanδ-ω特性相同.
In order to study the corona mechanism of polyimide film, the molecular structure, morphology and ε -ω ,tanδ -ω characteristic are tested by FT-IR, AFM and dielectric spectroscopy to both common polyimide film and inorganic nano hybrid corona -resistant film, before and after corona stress. The results show that the molecular structure and morphology are changed in common polyimide film and not changed in corona - resistant film.
