针对多属性评价问题,依据群决策理论、决策支持系统理论、综合评价理论,应用结构化系统分析与设计、建模技术和面向对象程序设计技术,设计并开发了一套基于可重用结构的多属性评价决策支持系统,并对模型库的可重用结构进行了讨论和研究.经模拟运行基本实现了预期目标,系统运行可靠性高,具有良好的可维护性和可扩充性;该系统的模型库设计在原有的建模基础上实现了模型的动态结构,有效地解决了多属性评价软件的通用问题.

In order to solve the problem of multi - attribute evaluation and according to theories of group decision, decision support system and comprehensive evaluation, a support system is designed and developed which is for multi - attribute evaluation based on the reusable structure. Furthermore, a reusable model base structure is discussed and developed. Some techniques are also applied in it, such as structural system analysis and design, modeling, object - oriented programming. With it run, this system has been proved to have high reliability, better maintainability and expansibility. Furthermore, the motive structure of model base is realized based on the original modeling technique. This system solves the problem of universality of multi - evaluation software effectively.
