研究了以H-型大孔阳离子交换树脂为催化剂生产巯基乙酸异辛酯(TGE)的工艺路线,采用正交设计法,对影响反应的工艺因素、催化剂用量及回收催化剂催化效果等工艺因素进行了探讨,确定了适合于工业化生产的工艺路线.

In this article, a new industrial process of isooctyl mercaptoacetate manufacture using H-type big hole ion-exchange resin as catalyst is studied. The research on the minor technological factors affecting reaction and the catalytic effect of the recovery catalyst is carried out by means of orthogonal design, and finally the process for industrial manufacture is determined.
