摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶体系,通过甲基三乙氧基硅烷在聚酰胺酸溶液中水解和缩聚原位产生二氧化硅纳米粒子,制备出了聚酰亚胺/二氧化硅纳米杂化薄膜,并讨论了不同质量分数的二氧化硅对薄膜性能的影响.为了增强两相之间的结合力和相容性,在实验中加入了一定量的偶联剂.对制备成的薄膜采用红外光谱、原子力显微镜等进行结构表征,并讨论了结构与性能的关系.实验证明,纳米杂化材料的性质不但与每一组分的性质有关,还与组成材料的两相之间相的形态和界面性质紧密相关,偶联剂对聚酰亚胺/二氧化硅体系两相间的相容性、分散性具有改善作用;杂化薄膜的电性能随二氧化硅的质量分数增加有所提高.
In this article, polyimide/silica nano-hybrid films were prepared through sol-gel approach by the hydrolysis and condensation of methyl - triethoxysilane that will produce the nano-particle of silica in-situ in the Polyamic acid. The effects on the properties of the film with SiO2 content were studied. On the other hand, a certain kind of coupling agent was used in order to improve the compatibility and the binding force between two phases. The films were characterized by FTIR, AFM etc. And the structure - property response on PI/SiO2 composite was discussed. It proved by the experiments that the properties of the nano -hybrid materials were not only relative to the each element of the system, but also to the morphology of the phases and the character of interfaces. And it turned out that the coupling agent did play a certain role in improving the compatibility and the distribution of the inorganic particle. It also showed that the electric property was improved with the SiO2 content, and that it was enhanced distinctly with the coupling agent added into the polyimide/silica composite.
