摘要
在电容层析成像系统中经常使用CMOS开关选择激励电极和检测电极,但这些开关会引入额外电荷或导致电荷泄漏,为此,设计了一种传感器,它不使用任何开关,直接连接在电极上,对电极上的电压采用数字化的控制,传感器的激励场是完全灵活的.
Usually, CMOS switches are used to select excitation and detection electrodes in electrical capacitance tomography systems. However, these switches cause charge injection or coupling leakage problems. An ECT sensor is described which does not use any switches directly connected to the measurement electrodes. The potentials on the electrodes are digitally controlled and the excitation field of the sensor is totally flexible.
